° Exit Firenze Impruneta
° Direction Greve in Chianti
° In Greve take directions to Panzano in Chianti
° In Panzano take directions to Mercatale Val di Pesa
° after 3km ca. there are signs on a tree “Santa Teresa, turn right onto a gravel road for 100m, and it is the first house on the right hand side.

From Airport Pisa:

° Superstrada FI – PI – LI take directions for Firenze for 60km ca.
° Exit Ginestra F.no“ and take directions to Cerbaia,
° Cerbaia take directions to San Casciano,
° San Casciano take directions to Mercatale,
° In „San Casciano“ on the right hand side is a petrol station called „Agip“ and after 100m ca. there is an „Alfa Romeo garage” turn left and take directions to Mercatale
° after Mercatale you arrive at “Quattro strade” go straight ahead for Panzano, about10km ca.
° When you arrive at the sign “ San Martino“ do not turn right, go straight ahead for 50m ca. and turn left at the first gravel road.
° You will find the house after 100m
